The Cavicchi’s

Many of you already know how special of a spot this family holds in my heart. Joe and K’Lynn are in our small group and I vividly remember her coming one night when she was probably 8 months pregnant and just thought “she’s really cool…we should be friends.” The next week at church I walked up to them and asked if they wanted to do maternity photos. So I drove to their house, met the pups and we captured Sal’s awaiting ◡̈

Shortly after we got to talking about day care and nannying and everything that entails and by January I was in the home five days a week watching their precious 3 month old, Sal. We quickly became besties and I had the immense privilege of watching him grow until he was a little over a year and started in daycare.

While being in their home that much we all became fast friends and it was so much fun. Most days K’Lynn would be at work already so me and Joe would talk and hangout until he left for work, and then on Monday and Friday K’Lynn would work from home so we got to hangout a good bit as well during Sal’s naps. Truly the best setup in my opinion.

Anyways, we decided to do some one year/birthday photos for Sal and K’Lynn and it went so perfectly. Despite Sal’s nose trying to run away from us, we spent the evening at a little patch of sun 4 min from their house and its as glorious. Weston came with me to help keep Sal’s attention and we all left with smiles on our faces. Forever thankful for this family and I hope you enjoy! :)
