Charis & Harrison

When work brings you to Japan for two weeks you definitely don’t expect to make many friends. At least I didn’t! We were in Okinawa for two and a half weeks and I had reached out to Charis when we got there. She was a student worker with Weston about five years ago at Liberty University. Harrison and Charis are stationed there for a couple of years and it worked out perfectly to meet up!

We got to play at the beach, have a movie night, go climbing on some beautiful rocks, run around at the beach and enjoy dinners together. On our last night we decided to trade off photo shoots as she’s starting her own business ◡̈ We had so much fun and the light was so beautiful and golden.

Enjoy these two as they make Japan their home for the next few years!

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
