The Rich Family

Fun fact: I met Christa in high-school and we’ve kept in touch ever since! The last time we saw each other was about four years ago when I drove to Utah fora week of camping and mountain biking with them. At the time they had redone the cutest school bus and were living out of it traveling the country ◡̈

We camped under the stars, rode bikes and hiked till we were exhausted, sat by the campfire with strangers and played a lot of board games in the bus at night. They’ve since then moved back to Georgia and are completely renovating a cutie house close to their parents. If you can’t tell, they love making old things beautiful and do such an incredible job at it!

This was my first time meeting their little girl, Carson which was so much fun. She found a new pouty face the day of the shoot so we had a really fun time adjusting that and getting her to smile. Weston, my husband, came along and was a pro at the bubble machine as well as using some bells and other small toys. In the end we had a great time running around a park we’d go to as high schoolers. I’m thankful for connections like these and the opportunities to document friends as their families grow throughout the years!
