The willecke Family

Chris and Kate are dear people to me when it comes to photography. I’ve had the honor of photographing many different stages of their life, from maternity with Avery, to his newborn and first year photos, and now welcoming Florence! Whenever I head out to CO I always try and get a couple shoots and without fail I’ve gotten to tell more and more of their story. This time we did an in-home session to welcome their little girl, Florence ◡̈ She was so tiny and adorable, went to sleep right on due and we had the best time!

I will typically ask families, couples, whoever is being photographed to give me an idea of what a normal day would be like. For them this included building forts, going to the moon, reading, eating delicious snacks, building airplanes and loving on their little ones. This session brought so much joy as it was literally snowing outside and we felt cozy on the inside. Thank you guys for continuing to allow me to document your life! Everything about it is so beautiful and I cannot wait to continue watching your family grow.
